As part of the embodying our activism 4 Part series, this session invites activists, advocates, and changemakers to explore how we experience, navigate, and express strong emotions in our personal lives and activism. Through honest conversations, reflection, and collective practice, we will create space to better understand our emotional experiences, explore what our emotions may be telling us, and consider ways of expressing and responding to them with greater awareness and care.

Join us on 10th September – 11:00 AM–12:30 PM EAT at the GBV Prevention Network and HaRT as we connect, learn, and grow together, building greater capacity to hold our emotions while strengthening our activism from within.
